Returns & Final Sale

Due to the vintage, pre-owned, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color preference, or condition details that were disclosed in the listing.

Each piece is carefully inspected and photographed prior to listing. Please review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. We are always happy to answer questions or provide additional information before your purchase.

Authenticity Guarantee

Emily's Edit stands behind the authenticity of every piece we sell.

If you believe an item purchased from Emily's Edit is not authentic, please contact us at emilyseditshop@gmail.com and provide a written determination from a reputable independent luxury authentication service stating that the item is inauthentic,along with any supporting documentation provided by the authenticator.

Upon receiving the documentation, we may request that the item be returned for inspection. The returned item must be the same item originally purchased from Emily's Edit and must not have been altered, modified, repaired, or materially changed from its condition at the time of sale.

If the item is verified to be inauthentic, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, and Emily's Edit will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

If the item is determined to be authentic by a reputable independent authentication service, the sale will remain final and the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once an order has been placed.
