If you believe an item purchased from Emily’s Edit is not authentic, please contact emilyseditshop@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery with a written determination from a reputable independent luxury authentication service.

We may request that the item be returned for inspection or additional independent authentication. The item must be the same item originally purchased and must not have been altered, repaired, modified, or materially changed.

If an item is verified to be inauthentic, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price and Emily’s Edit will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If the item is independently determined to be authentic, the sale will remain final and any return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
