Personal Sourcing Terms

By submitting a sourcing request, you agree to the following:

Request Acceptance
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or begin the sourcing process. Emily’s Edit will review your criteria and confirm whether the request can be accepted.

$200 Sourcing Deposit
Accepted requests require a $200 deposit before the search begins. The deposit will be applied toward your final purchase and is nonrefundable once sourcing begins. If Emily’s Edit determines that your request cannot be fulfilled within the agreed-upon criteria, the deposit will be refunded.

Availability and Timing
Availability, pricing, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Requested pieces may sell or change in price without notice. Any timeline provided is an estimate.

Preloved Condition
Most sourced pieces are preloved or vintage and may show signs of age or prior use. Condition is evaluated using the information and photographs available and will be disclosed to the best of our ability.

Item Approval
Inspiration photos are for reference only and do not represent the exact item you will receive. You will be shown photographs, condition details, and pricing for the actual item before it is purchased on your behalf.

Final Approval
Once you approve an item and Emily’s Edit purchases it on your behalf, the order cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. The remaining balance is due before the item is shipped.

By paying the sourcing deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
