This $200 deposit officially begins your personal sourcing request. I’ll personally search for a piece that fits your preferred style, budget, and condition — with the same level of care and selectiveness I use when sourcing for Emily’s Edit.
Your full $200 deposit is credited toward the final purchase price of your piece.
Once we find the one, you’ll receive a private link to complete your remaining balance.
Deposit & Refund Policy
Your $200 sourcing deposit is non-refundable once the sourcing process begins and will be applied in full toward the purchase price of your sourced piece.
Before sourcing begins, we’ll agree on your specific requirements, including style, maximum budget, condition expectations, and any must-have accessories.
If I’m unable to locate a piece that meets those agreed-upon requirements, your deposit will be refunded in full. This is the only circumstance in which a sourcing deposit is refundable.
If a qualifying piece is located within the agreed-upon criteria and you choose not to move forward with the purchase, the sourcing deposit will not be refunded.

Every designer piece is carefully reviewed for authenticity before it is offered for sale. All pieces are authenticated by a third party service.

Shipping
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking to the address provided at checkout. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders to help ensure your purchase arrives safely.
Please allow time for order processing and verification prior to shipment. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
If a package is verified lost or stolen or an issue occurs while a package is in transit, please contact us first and we will help you with the carrier’s claims process whenever possible.

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, orders may be reviewed using Shopify’s fraud analysis and payment verification tools. If an order is flagged for additional review, we may request identity, billing, shipping, or payment verification before fulfillment.

Because each piece in Emily’s Edit is individually sourced and often one of a kind, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. We encourage you to review all photos, measurements, condition details, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about a piece.
